Green Forest: Ready to Work

Congratulations to Green Forest on installing their new weight room!

BFS clinician Jim Brown worked closely with the Green Forest administration/School Board and specifically Coach Greg Tibbitt who jump started this entire project. 

A centerpiece of the Green Forest strength training facility is the 8' Hybrid Power Rack. This Rack was developed by BFS and Coach Jim Brown and is an amazing testament to our 45 years working with high schools.
