The BFS Total Program is nationally known for turning programs around and producing winning teams and players through building strength, agility, and conditioning. What may be less well known is that simply being stronger isn't really the secret to success. The secret is the change in commitment, enthusiasm, and engagement that the BFS Total Program fosters in your students. Once the Total Program takes root in your school the incremental gains in strength builds gains in confidence - gains in confidence builds gains in BELIEF. When your team believes then all goals are possible!

For almost 50 years BFS has been working with the most committed high school coaches in the nation and they have the experience and knowledge to lift your program up. Every administrator and coach who makes the call to BFS joins the cadre of coaches that want to make a difference in the lives of their young students. Coaches like the BFS legend Bob Doyle know this and have built traditions into their schools that have lasted decades! Imagine your young athletes joining a tradition where each class practices leadership to bring up the next class. Coach Doyle’s 1994 Chardon Hilltopper Football team went from 0-10 to playing for the State championships in just a couple of years - and the Hilltoppers success continues through this day! 3x State Champion 1994, 2020, 2021/ State Runner-Up 1998 / 8x Regional Champion-Final 4 / 6x Regional Runner-Up / 19x Playoff Qualifier.
So this year, like every year, on the last day of school, the Hilltoppers take to the slopes of Alpine Vally and bring together the team in a shared experience. This year Coach Doyle was back to speak to the team about history and tradition. At BFS we are sure the commitment to the foundations will keep the HillToppers excelling in the future - in the weight room, on the field, and in life!
